UA (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) before using the website of the RENAISSANCE.UA charitable foundation or making charitable contributions to the Fund online using such sites (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). These Terms contain important information about your rights and obligations.

By using the Site on which these Terms are posted, you confirm that you have read the Terms, understand their content and agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site.

Under the terms “RENAISSANCE. UA”, “RENAISSANCE.UA”, “Foundation”, “we”, “us” or “our”, which are used in these Terms, means the charitable foundation “RENAISSANCE.UA” — a non-profit organization (EDRPOU code 45121258, address: 04070, m. Kyiv, st. Iskra, bud. 3) which carries out charitable activities through the Site.

The collection and use of personal data in connection with your use of the Site is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Full Agreement
Short Version: These Terms
are an agreement between us and our users. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. You must have an adequate level of civil capacity.

These Terms and any rules published on the Site, including our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and RENAISSANCE. UA, which regulates your use of the Site and the collection of charitable contributions through the Site.

By using the Site, you hereby represent and confirm that:

in accordance with the laws of your country, you have the necessary level of civil capacity, which gives you the right to enter into this agreement;
the laws of your country do not restrict your use of the Site;
you comply with these Terms and the applicable legal requirements.
Renaissance activities.
UA Short version: RENAISSANCE website. UA is intended for users who wish to make a charitable contribution or otherwise help the Foundation, as well as to the wards of families whose homes have suffered as a result of Russian aggression.

The RENAISSANCE.UA Charitable Foundation grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2022. The Fund provides assistance to Ukrainians whose property has suffered from the war.

The Foundation is not owned by any of the political parties, commercial organizations or influencers and is funded by charitable contributions from individuals and legal entities.

RENAISSANCE website. UA is a tool for carrying out charitable activities in the following areas:

assistance in the reconstruction of the destroyed property of Ukrainians;
assistance in repairing damaged property of Ukrainians;
assistance in purchasing housing;
development of volunteering and charity.
The Site is intended for users who wish to make a charitable contribution (“Donors”) or otherwise help the Foundation (“Volunteers”), as well as citizens of Ukraine who need assistance in the reconstruction of property (“Beneficiaries”).

I want to help
Short version: You can make one-time and monthly charitable payments to the Foundation through the Site. The funds received by the Fund are converted into assistance to Ukrainians whose homes have suffered as a result of Russian aggression. You can read the financial and tax reports on the use of funds on the Site.

With the help of the Site, users can make charitable contributions in favor of the Foundation, which uses them in the above areas. You can make a one-time allowance or activate a subscription to a monthly payment for a specific amount, which can be canceled at any time through the settings.

The recommended amount to help the project is from $5.
If the project or assistance is not implemented, the balance will go automatically to another project where fundraising has begun.
A person who donates to a specific
project agrees to their redistribution/use in other projects
(for example, if the fundraiser is closed or not relevant).
Making donations is the payer’s automatic consent that the donation amount is non-refundable.

Reports on the use of charitable contributions are prepared by the Foundation and are constantly published on the foundation’s pages in social networks. The Fund annually submits to the tax inspectorate a report on the use of income (profits) of a non-profit organization.

Please note that payments through our Site are provided by a provider of payment services that we do not control, namely: LiqPay.

Once you follow the payment link, you must comply with the terms of use, privacy policy, and other provider policies. The Fund is not responsible for the processing of personal data, including payment information requested by such a provider.

Payment is made in accordance with the terms and tariffs of your bank. The Fund does not have information on the conditions of banking operations, including, but not limited to, the amount of commission for money transfers, currency exchange transactions, etc.

To transfer cash assistance through our Site, you must provide information about yourself. Learn more about how we process your personal data in our Privacy Policy.

Get help
Short version: Citizens of Ukraine who have suffered from the war and need help can apply for assistance from the Foundation.

Please note that the Fund provides assistance exclusively to citizens of Ukraine who are under the age of 18 on the date of application. The Fund reserves the right to consider appeals against citizens who are over 18 years old but have not yet turned 19 years old, and to provide assistance in some cases at the discretion of the Fund without explaining the reasons).

In order to contact the Foundation for help, please provide documents (indicating all mandatory information) in accordance with the list published on the registration page. Information about the processing of personal data provided by you and the rights arising in this regard can be found in our Privacy Policy.

If the Foundation approves your application, you need to:

Give consent to the processing of personal data.
The Fund does not guarantee that you will receive the necessary assistance in full and within a specified time frame, as it depends on the charitable contributions provided by the Donors and the queue of Beneficiaries applying for assistance.

Registration on the fundraising platform RENAISSANCE.
UA Short version: To publish campaigns on the fundraising platform RENAISSANCE. UA, you need to create a Personal Account. You are responsible for your Personal Account and the consequences of its use, as well as for its safety.

To publish campaigns on the RENAISSANCE platform. UA you must create a private or corporate account (“Personal Account”), provide RENAISSANCE. UA some information about yourself by filling out the registration form and create a strong password. We will send an email to the email address you provided to confirm your registration.

You are obliged to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information during registration and constantly maintain the relevance of the information of your Personal Account. You can learn more about the rules of personal data processing in our Privacy Policy.

By creating a Personal Account on behalf of a legal entity, you guarantee that you have the authority to legally oblige such a person and grant us all the permissions and licenses provided for in these Terms, as well as disclose information about this legal entity in your profile.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data to log in to your Personal Account and are responsible for all actions performed using your Personal Account. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the RENAISSANCE fundraising platform. UA, and the Personal Account did not contradict applicable laws, rules or other regulations.

If you know or for some reason suspect that someone has gained access to your Personal Account, or your login data has been lost, stolen, someone illegally seized them or hacked your Personal Account in another way, immediately notify us by e-mail info@renua.world.

To delete your Personal Account, please send us a request by e-mail info@renua.world. As a result of deleting your Personal Account, your campaigns will not be terminated and will continue to raise funds to help the wards of the Fund. If you want to delete all data about yourself, please indicate this in the request to delete your Personal Account.

Personal Account
Short version: When creating a Personal Account, you must specify a valid email address. You are responsible for your Personal Account and the consequences of its use, as well as for its safety.

You can create a personalized account (“Personal Account”) at the time of making a charitable payment via the link or on other websites of the Fund. In your personal account, you can terminate your subscription to the monthly payment at any time, view your payment history and check their status.

All information provided by you is stored for your identification when you log in to your Personal Account. You are obliged to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information during registration and constantly maintain the relevance of the information of your Personal Account. You can learn more about the rules of personal data processing in our Privacy Policy.

The transfer and.or provision for use of your Personal Account to other persons, including by notifying the data to enter the Personal Account, is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data to enter your Personal Account and for all actions performed using your Personal Account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site and Personal Account does not contradict applicable laws, regulations or other regulations.

To delete your Personal Account, please send us a request by e-mail info@renua.world.

Creating a campaign
Short version: After registering your Members Area, you can publish your campaign. Your campaign will appear on the RENAISSANCE platform. UA after moderation by our administrator. All funds raised are used to help the wards of the RENAISSANCE.UA Foundation.

To create a campaign on the RENAISSANCE platform. UA, you need:

up Add a description of the company in accordance with the requirements set out in these Terms.
Request the publication of the campaign.
Your company will be published after moderation by the administrator. If it is necessary to clarify the details regarding the company, the administrator of RENAISSANCE. UA may contact you using the contact details provided by you during registration.

Please note that all funds raised for your company are on the RENAISSANCE platform. UA, fall into the current account of the “RENAISSANCE.UA” fund. You can learn more about the assistance programs of the RENAISSANCE.UA Foundation on the website.

If your company is not active, our administrator may contact you to resolve the issue of continuing or terminating cooperation.

If there is no feedback from you, we may deactivate your company without obtaining your separate consent.

Please note that payments are on the RENAISSANCE platform. UA is provided by LiqPay, a payment service provider that we do not control. Once you follow the payment link, you must comply with that provider’s terms of use, privacy policy, and other policies. The Fund is not responsible for the processing of personal data, including payment information requested by such a provider.

Third-Party Services and Websites
Short version: When using sites and services that we do not control, you must comply with other terms of use and privacy policies.

Some functions of the Site, such as making a charitable payment, involve the use of third-party services and sites that are RENAISSANCE. UA does not control.

In case of problems, we will make every effort to solve them. However, we are not responsible for the content and functionality that may be offered on such sites or such third-party services, nor for any loss, damage or other monetary obligations arising from your use of such third-party sites or services.

Please note that your use of third-party sites and services is subject to other terms of use and privacy policies. No way RENAISSANCE. UA is not responsible for the processing of your personal data by third-party sites and services.

Content and intellectual property
Short version: The Foundation owns the Site and all its content. We grant you certain rights to use the Site and content to the extent permitted by these Terms.

The site is owned and controlled by the Foundation. All materials on the Site, including texts, images, design, graphics, information, logos, audio and video recordings, interfaces, software, trademarks, trade names and others (“Content”), as well as copyright and other intellectual property rights to such Content belong to the Foundation or are placed with the consent of the owner.

The Content, or any elements thereof, may not be used without the prior written permission of the Foundation or the respective owners in any manner not provided for in these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Foundation grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license, without the right to sublicense or transfer, to:

use of the Site from your personal devices under the conditions provided for in this document;
access to and view any Content posted on the Site or through the Site solely for personal, non-commercial use.
As a result of downloading or creating copies of the Content, you do not receive any rights to such Content. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise use the Content for commercial or illegal purposes without our prior written permission. You agree not to modify or remove any proprietary notices from materials downloaded or printed from the Site.

The Foundation may change the terms or revoke this license or stop providing you with access to the Content at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Please note that RENAISSANCE. UA will protect its intellectual property rights by all available means of legal protection, including criminal prosecution for serious offenses.

User content
Using the fundraising platform RENAISSANCE. UA and to publish campaigns, users may create, publish, distribute content such as campaign descriptions, images, comments, and other information (“User Content”).

You represent and warrant that User Content is posted by you on the RENAISSANCE platform. UA:

does not contain obscene language, offensive comments related to race, national origin, gender, sexual preferences or physical disabilities;
Does not contain obscene material (e.g., pornography, violence, or criminal activity)
is not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, chain letters, spam, mass mailings or other forms of imposition;
does not promote violence and cruelty, does not contain threats, does not encourage violence against any person or animal;
is not fraudulent and does not violate any applicable laws, regulations or regulations;
does not violate the privacy rights of third parties.
If your campaign description violates the above warranties, or may otherwise be harmful or objectionable to the Foundation, users or third parties, our administrator will refuse to publish your campaign on the RENAISSANCE platform. UA.

Distributing any User Content using the RENAISSANCE platform. UA, you hereby represent and warrant that:

The distribution of your User Content does not infringe the property or non-property rights of third parties, including copyrights, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights.
You are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content that you post on the RENAISSANCE platform. UA, or have all the rights, licenses, consents and permissions necessary to grant the Foundation rights to this User Content, and you authorize us and other users of the RENAISSANCE fundraising platform. UA use your User Content in any manner provided by the functionality and these Terms.
You are solely responsible for all personal data that may be contained in the User Content you post (for example, addresses, photos of people, their phone numbers, etc.).
The ownership, including intellectual property rights, in your User Content remains with you. You automatically grant the RENAISSANCE.UA Foundation and represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license, which is subject to transfer and sublicensing, worldwide, with the right to access, use, copy, reproduce, publish, publicly display, process and distribute such User Content in order to provide services through the fundraising platform RENAISSANCE. UA and for other purposes that may arise under these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Short version: Our Site operates on an “as is” basis and we make no promises or warranties regarding its operation. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of or inability to use the Site or otherwise arising under this agreement.

RENAISSANCE website. UA is provided on an “as is” basis. Unless otherwise expressly provided by these Terms or other policies on the Site, the Fund disclaims all guarantees to the maximum extent permitted by law in relation to the Site, its functionality and content.

The Fund is responsible for the use of charitable contributions in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

However, we do not make any promises or guarantees, in particular, regarding the accuracy, usefulness, reliability and correctness of the Site. RENAISSANCE. UA does not guarantee that the operation of the Site will be continuous or safe, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Site does not contain viruses or other harmful elements.

The Foundation is not responsible if any information, materials, content available on the Site are inaccurate or incomplete, as well as for typographical errors or shortcomings in the text or other materials.

In no event shall the Foundation, its founders, employees, contractors or volunteers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, awarded or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the Site, including, but not limited to, any damages arising from errors, omissions and interruptions in work, defects, viruses, even if the Foundation has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

The foregoing provisions for disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification
Short version: You are responsible for your use of the Site. If you harm someone else or enter into an argument, we will not be involved in resolving it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, indemnify and hold RENAISSANCE harmless from liability. UA i, our partners, employees, contractors and volunteers from and against any claims, liability, damages, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting expenses, in any way related to or arising from:

We reserve the right to choose the remedies we deem appropriate, including cases in which you release us from liability. Therefore, you agree to cooperate with us in implementing our strategy to protect your rights.

Governing Law and Dispute
Resolution Short Version: This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. We hope to resolve all issues peacefully, but in the event that a serious dispute arises between us, it must be resolved in the court of Ukraine.

Except as provided in these Terms or any other policies, these Terms are written and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

If any material on the Site or your use of the Site is contrary to the laws of your location, the Site is not intended for you and we ask you not to use it. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Any dispute, conflict, demand or dispute directly or indirectly related to the Site or these Terms, in particular, their validity, interpretation or application, shall be resolved through peaceful negotiations directly with the team of the RENAISSANCE.AA charitable foundation in accordance with the principles of good faith and cooperation. If a consensus cannot be reached through negotiations, the dispute must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ukraine, in compliance with the rules of jurisdiction, in accordance with the current substantive and procedural law of Ukraine.

All claims must be made within one (1) year of their occurrence, unless applicable law requires a longer period.

Electronic Communications
By providing us with your e-mail through the Site, you understand and agree that we may send you communications to the contact details you provide, including:

notification of updates on the Site;
information or materials relating to your use of the Site, charitable contributions, and their use;
information regarding updates to these Terms.
You have the option to opt out of receiving electronic communications from us based on the instructions provided in such communications.

Other Terms The invalidity of any of the provisions of these Terms shall not affect the validity of any other provisions of these Terms
, which will remain in effect and be enforceable.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under this contract.

The printed version of these Terms is admissible evidence in judicial or administrative proceedings arising on the basis of or in connection with the use of the Site, to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business documents and records that were created and stored in printed form.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. In case of changes to these Terms, we will indicate the date of the new revision (at the top of this page). The terms of use of the site, as amended, shall enter into force and apply to you from the date of such edition. Therefore, we recommend that you periodically review these Terms.
