CF “RENAISSANCE.UA” (in English RENAISSANCE. UA) takes care of your personal data and does everything possible to protect it. In this Privacy Policy, we explain what your personal data is collected, stored and used and what happens to them when you use the www.renua.world website.

Who are we?
We, the charitable foundation “RENAISSANCE.UA”, are located at the address: 04070, Ukraine, the city of Kiev, st. Iskravskaya 3. Further in the text “RENAISSANCE.AA” will be referred to as “we”, renaissance websites. UA as “our”. We determine what, for what purpose and how your personal data will be processed.

What data do we collect and why?
The data we collect falls into two categories: technical information and data provided to us by the user.

Technical information. When you visit our site, some data is collected automatically. We need technical data to operate, maintain and improve our site. This includes the following data: IP address, UTM settings, geolocation, device type and browser type, cookies and data about your interaction with the site (session ID).
The session ID includes: your interaction with the site; the name of the website from which you came to our site; the features of the site you use; the pages you use on our site; how you use our site; actions you take on the site, if such actions are present. Data provided by the user. In order to correctly identify and effectively use charitable contributions, to be able to return to you with feedback on the result of a public collection or the result of the use of funds raised, we need your full name, surname, phone number, address of the damaged property and email address.

In accordance with the Law, we process your personal data for the above purposes on the basis of permission to process personal data provided in accordance with the Law by the user of the Site.

By registering on our Site for any of these purposes, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of this Privacy Policy, in particular for the purpose of processing personal data specified in this Policy and the rights granted to personal data subjects in accordance with Art. 8 of the Law, and the use of personal data by the Foundation, by ticking the box “I am familiar with the terms of use of the site and agree that the personal information I entered will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Foundation”.

How long do we keep your data?
We retain your data for 36 months, after which the data is deleted in accordance with the procedure established by law However, you can exercise your right to delete your data. In this case, your data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days of your request.

Do we share data with third parties?
We use your data to carry out statutory activities and fulfill our obligations under transactions concluded with you and may transfer them on the following grounds:

Compliance with legal regulations. We will disclose your personal data to third parties to the extent necessary:

How do we update the Privacy Policy?
We may, at our sole discretion, make changes or additions to this Privacy Policy if necessary, including in connection with changes in the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”.

In case of changes to this Policy, we will indicate the date of the new revision (at the top of this page). The Privacy Policy, as amended, is effective and applies to you from the date of such revision. Therefore, we encourage you to periodically review this Policy to know how we are protecting your information.
